History Salzer's Building and Remodeling
Co. Inc., established in 1987, is a small company that focuses on one major
project at a time. Owners Mike and Terri Salzer have combined their talents and
experience to provide customers with quality workmanship and attention to
detail. The company is fully licensed and insured, and is a member of the
Milwaukee chapter of the National Association of Remodelers (NARI). In 1999,
Mike completed all NARI requirements to become a Certified Remodeler (CR).
Experience Mike Salzer, CR, a journeyman
carpenter with over 25 years' experience, enjoys meeting with prospective
customers, listening to their needs or dreams, and making them a reality.
Homeowners ideas or suggestions are encouraged and incorporated whenever
possible.

the company. Completing jobs in a timely manner the way they were intended
