History
Salzer's Building and Remodeling Co. Inc., established in 1987, is a small company that focuses on one major project at a time. Owners Mike and Terri Salzer have combined their talents and experience to provide customers with quality workmanship and attention to detail. The company is fully licensed and insured, and is a member of the Milwaukee chapter of the National Association of Remodelers (NARI). In 1999, Mike completed all NARI requirements to become a Certified Remodeler (CR).

Experience
Mike Salzer, CR, a journeyman carpenter with over 25 years' experience, enjoys meeting with prospective customers, listening to their needs or dreams, and making them a reality. Homeowners' ideas and suggestions are encouraged and incorporated whenever possible.

Customer Satisfaction 
Repeat or referred work is highly valued by the company. Completing jobs in a timely manner, the way they were intended, ranks high. Customers appreciate the fact that Salzer's concentrates on one major project at a time, which allows for effective communication among all involved; keeps change orders current, and of course, keeps the job moving along. 

Cleanliness on the job site both during the entire project and especially upon completion is a trademark of the company.  Since 2010 we have been a Lead-Safe Certified Company. 

The use of limited subcontractors, who are licensed and quality-minded, and the fact that Salzer's performs each phase of the carpentry work, are highly valued by past customers.
