- 1987: Incorporation papers were filed for Salzer Building & Remodeling, Inc.
- 1990: Became a member of the Milwaukee chapter of National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)
- 1990 - present: Continuing education through local and nationally sponsored remodeling seminars
- 1999: Completed requirements for the Certified Remodeler program
- 2001: Received the Wisconsin Remodeler of the Year Gold Award in the Interior Remodeling category
- Annual panelist for the MATC preparatory program, providing industry expertise and advice to students
