Wauwatosa Bathroom (WRA Gold Award) The Homeowners desired an attractive, updated and functional master bathroom. To accomplish this, we enlarged the existing bathroom space by removing a closet and two interior walls, which provided space for a new Kohler whirlpool tub, custom shower, and furniture-grade custom cabinetry with bookcase and lighted arched top. Because the house is located in an historic section of Wauwatosa, the arched, leaded glass windows over the tub needed to conform to today’s safety codes, while maintaining the historic integrity of the home. The original arched sashes were reused and new leaded safety glass panels were installed.
Brookfield Bathroom The Homeowners’ goal was to remodel their master bathroom in a manner that would serve them well as they grow older. In order to gain more space for the bathroom, we utilized open space in the master bedroom so that the new bathroom could accommodate a large soaking tub. A Comfort Height Kohler toilet, curbless entry, roll-in shower and Pro-line trench drain will provide comfort and accessibility for years to come.
West Allis Bathroom This West Allis bathroom was in major need of remodeling. The paneling was removed and the bathroom gutted. Custom cabinetry, a linen cabinet, and vanity were installed. New tile, featuring a border of 1” deco tile around the mirror, creates a beautiful focal point.
Milwaukee Bathroom This Milwaukee bathroom was in need of a major overhaul. The room was gutted and new plumbing, electrical, and insulation were installed. The old, yellowed glass block window was replaced with a new “Ice” design variation. New tile was installed on the walls and directly over the existing flooring. Two niches and a tub shelf provide storage and beautiful accents.
Wauwatosa Bathroom These Wauwatosa Homeowners wanted to remodel their bathroom using black and white décor. White subway tile was installed in the shower area, with a black half-round deco sandwiching a fluted white deco tile. 12” x 12” floor tile with randomly placed black deco tiles were installed to complement the wall tile. New painted maple cabinetry and a Corian counter top with molded bowl finish the room nicely.
West Allis Bathroom This bathroom in West Allis was literally falling apart. The entire room was gutted and the flooring was removed down to its subfloor. The rotted window was replaced with a new glass block window. New white Kohler fixtures were installed and new tile with deco in the shower area brighten the room.
West Allis Bathroom This West Allis master bath was completely emptied. We enlarged the shower by using space from a hallway closet.
Hales Corners Bathroom We added two extra feet to this bathroom by utilizing some of the attached garage area. Many custom details, including some artistic detailing on the shower wall, crown molding, and vintage cabinetry, give this bathroom an incredibly unique and classical feel.
Germantown Master Bathroom We gave this Germantown home a brand new master bathroom by converting a nearby bedroom. The new bathroom features double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a huge master closet.
Wauwatosa Bathroom This Wauwatosa home needed a second upstairs bathroom. We converted the existing bathroom into a master bathroom, and created a second bathroom from the hallway.
